Load the page. Mouse over the gear-wheel image, and the table jumps up.

At first rendering the lower black border of the outmost table isn't shown.

This does not happen in nightlies.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load page
2.Mouse over gear-wheel image

Actual Results:  Table "jumps" up.

Expected Results:  Table shouldn't jump (though Kriss Kross will make you).

MOZILLA_0_9_6_BRANCH. Checked out around 19:00 GMT+1

0.9.6 is out, so there is no point to fixing this on the branch.  If this is a
branch-only problem I suggest resolving it worksforme....
