We've got a few things in socorro/scripts/init.d that can be updated to use the 'socorro' launcher app. 

It's a little tricky because we have to specify the full path to the virtualenv in the scripts, but other than that shouldn't be too challenging. 

The crontabs need some love as well, but this work might be moved into a separate bug later as well.
