Hi Chiko,

It was nice meeting you in person in Portland. I hope you had a good time at the NBA game (the accident made it to the local news, :)).

We have a new set of request for the following legal docs.  Due to the release of certain product, I am listing them based on the priority.  The due date is Jan 13, 2015.

NOTE: on the terms towards the end starting #8, a lot of the content is very similar to other ToS files the legal firm has localized. Make sure they leverage it so it saves a bit of Yen.

I am so sorry for my late response.

We will consult Mozilla Japan's lawyers about these translations, 
but I suppose that it is hard to translate all documents by the due date because of new year's holidays.

Hi Chiko,

I  totally understand.  Focus on #1 and #2 documents.  Also, since the lawyers translated FFOS and Marketplace related Terms of Use and Privacy Notice (sometimes called Privacy Policy), there is a lot of common content between these.  Check against the documents and leverage as much as possible.  This will help save some time and money.

Our lawyers said they will finish their translation of document #1 and #2 by 1/13, 2015.
This is Tokyo time, so we will prepare these document by the due date.
After that, we will start translation of #3 and #4.

This is a kind reminder that the #1&2 files are due by Tuesday Jan 13th.  Since the code push happens on Tuesday as the product is released, we need the files a day earlier.

We will miss the deadline due to the translators' bandwidth.
We will get the translation from them by Tuesday noon in California time.

So, I suppose that we will commit the lang file by the Tuesday evening.

Thank you Chiko.  I have merged the pull requests.  Let's see if this can be included.  If not, it will be pushed out next week.  

I can't close the bug yet as there are two other docs to be completed. Please update the bug again when you upload the files.
