Details
In 'about:addons', clicking the 'Update Now' link for Shockwave Flash 12.0.0.70 does not update. Instead it takes the user here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/p178 .

Blair, any idea what would cause this and/or if this is fixable?

I'll bet this is website programming bug. The correct URL is generated by the link (just a guess because the link-target is not displayed on the status line), but the web site blindly redirects it to the page explaining that FFox has blocked whatever the user was doing because the user's Flash is outdated. The Lord giveth and The Lord taketh away.

This is roughly working as expected, for now. We don't have a way to link to anything but the blocklist item page, which then should link to the relevant vendor's site. Ideally the Add-ons Manager could link to the vendor's download page directly, but we don't have a way to go that yet (and I don't think we have an existing bug for it other than this).
