[Flame][v2.1][Camera] While recording a video, sometimes the recording duration displays in wrong format and the duration figure overides its background display panel.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Camera.
2. Switch to Record mode.
3. Record a video.
4. Wait several minutes ago.
**Note: I don't know why remaining time will display, So I can't reproduce it.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. When the remaining time shows up, its text shouldn't  overide its background displaying panel.

I've seen recording timer weirdness on recent Flame builds. Most recently, the red "recording" dot appears in the middle of the timer, over the ":".

This issue can not be repro on Flame 2.2, if it's reproduced, I will uploaded logcat.
