[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1][Video]Change System language from English to Bengali,The Date in video list view is not translated to Bengali.

Happen time:17:20

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set the phone language as English. 
2. Launch Settings and navigate to Language settings.
3. Change language to Bengali.
4. Return to Homescreen and launch Video. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.All strings in Video app display in Bengali with no English strings visible. 

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.The Date in vidoe list view is not translated to Bengali,
