In addon-created panel middle clicks and right clicks doesn't bubble to element.
Steps to reproduce:
Extract the attached file "test-addon.tgz". Use "cfx run" to run the addon.
Click the addon button and then on the panel click the "Click Me" button with different mouse buttons. See the console.
What happens is that left-clicking the button will log both "window.click" and "button.click". But middle-clicking and right-clicking on it will log "window.click" only.
What should have happened is that both "window.click" and "button.click" should have been logged in console no matter which button you click on the mouse.
Note that in all cases:
event.target == button is true
event.bubbling is true

I found that it doesn't matter if it's in an addon or not. Middle-clicking fires click event in Chrome but not in Firefox. Is this intentional?

middle/right clicks shouldn't show up there.
