We have to clean-up the printing prefs naming scheme and document them all in the matching JS prefs files (unix.js for unix, for example) Suggested scheme: # generic prefs for all platforms and modules printing.xyz # module specific prefs printing.<module>.xyz # platform specific prefs printing.<platform>.xyz Examples: - PS module prefs: printing.ps.bla-bla - Win32 prefs: printing.win32.bla-bla - Xprint-specific prefs: printing.xprint.bla-bla
rods: Any comments about the suggested scheme ? Is it OK for you ?

Patch patch for bug 125078 ("Implement InitPrintSettingsFromPrinter for GTK+/Xlib") fixed a lot of issues, PostScript module-specific prefs are now in "print.postscript.*" and Xprint module prefs are in "print.xprint.*". I am closing this one and filing new bugs for the remaining issues (like "print.postscript.nativefont.* cannot be set per-printer") ...
