Steps to reproduce:

The user has Status Bar indicators that go from the 1/3 to 1/2 length of the status bar in OS X and opens Firefox Developer Edition


Actual results:

The application title being so long, 'FirefoxDeveloperEdition' pushes the whole menu bar out and task bar status indicators on the right side get folded under the menu, obscuring them, making it impossible to see these statuses without switching to another program with a shorter application title, which is a general usability issue.


Expected results:

'FirefoxDeveloperEdition' needs to be shorter.  It's quite a pain to not be able to see status bar items because everything is folded under to accomodate the absurdly long application title.  We know what the application is -- this information doesn't tell us anything useful and consumes way too much status bar realestate to do so, what we'd like to know is the statuses we have set up in my task bar (which is not an unreasonable number, consuming about 1/3 of the 
other side of the task bar in OSX)...system statuses set up in the task bar are vastly more important to those of us who are using them.

I should point out that this occurs when using any older external monitor that doesn't have 16:9 dimensions (for example gateway FPD 1730).

The Firefox Developer Edition is discontinued and DevEdition users are switched to Beta.[1]
Therefore, this issue should be gone.

This isn't actually true. We still ship devedition, we just do it from beta.
