When I open that page I get a username/password dialog, so I cannot test this bug. What does the dialog you get say?
hrm, if you're getting the helper app/downloading dlg, then this might be that parser bug cropping up again...but pls do reassign as needed.

Reporter: Is this still a problem with 0.9.8 or later ? What's the content type (mime-type) in the download dialog ?
i get a "Page Not Found" page when going to http://www.medscape.com/misc/formMedline.html
Marking invalid -- reporter never responded, page no longer exists, and would require a login to test if it did.... Let us hope that this will be resolved due to work on other bugs. Amitabha, if you can still see this on a different medscape page, please reopen this bug and provide the details I ask for in comment #1.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond. I do not see the bug for Mozilla 2002020707. So it is probably fixed.
