Steps to reproduce:

Modifying the type and name of hardware in IT helpdesk application
- select a ticket
- click on hardware list widget, a list of different hardware types (computers, printers ...) is displayed
- select the desired type of  hardwares, a popup list of names of that kind should be displayed to select one name (ex: a computer name)


Actual results:

The popup list is not displayed


Expected results:

Can you give us test access to the tool you're using (maybe in a test instance) or extract a testcase? 

The script itself, without references to the libraries it invokes, aren't enough for us to have an idea about what is going on.
