Description:
When user performs an OTA from 2.1 to 2.2, the vertical homescreen/bookmark & icon edit tutorial screen appears during post-OTA tutorial.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141212040206
2) Change ota channel and url so that 2.1 downloads an update for 2.2
3) Download update and install
4) Observe first screen of tutorial after device finishes installing OTA
  
Actual:
Bookmark editing tutorial appears after OTA from 2.1 to 2.2
  
Expected: 
Tutorials for features that were present in version ota'd from do not appear.

This bug also exists when you OTA from Flame 2.0 Nightly to Flame 2.2 Nightly. User will see this bookmark editing tool tutorial.

We need specs and assets for what the 2.1 to 2.2 upgrade tour experience should be. We have to touch this with every release and this is not yet done for 2.2. Jacqueline, do you have a bug tracking this already? Last we spoke I think we agreed that we'll just need a single screen for the app grouping. Are we adding that same screen for 2.0 to 2.2. Once we know what's needed I can sort out these various bugs and make sure we have 2.2 blockers to track this

Hi Sam, no I haven't created a bug for this yet as the decision to include a video for app grouping isn't finalized. Unless you need the answer earlier, I think the decision will be finalized in the first week of January if that works.

If we do include the video, it would need to be included in all release upgrades and would be the only video shown for the 2.1 - 2.2 update. I will update the spec once the decision is made.
