Interactive notification should be dismissed by press back key which is nonexistent in phone. We should create a module, remote_controller.js, to handle extra key events from tv remote controller.
We still can handle the back key in interactive_notification.js in short-term. In the future, We should create a new way to handle the different key events and flows. So, I change the block field to CardUI-followup.
