I was wondering where the data from the current feedback app goes to, how to access it etc and got pointed to you. Currently looking into how to improve the cycle between users reporting issues -> Developers fixing issues -> Users seeing their feedback actioned on

Also, I'm adding a need info from Matt Grimes, who's managing the user advocacy team, responsible for Input. He's the best person to talk to about this.

Hey Dale. My team handles feedback for all products and owns input.mozilla.org, so it looks like you've found us. We too are interested in improving the cycle between users reporting issues and seeing those issues fixed.

Sounds like we should get together and chat. I see this bug blocks the dogfooding program (a program we've owned twice before in various iterations), so it would help for us to get a sense of what you are trying to accomplish and how we can help you get there. Let me know when you're available.

Hey Matt, ah perfect, yeh definitely are you based on the the west coast? Tonight at 6PM CET would be perfect but that is 9AM PDT so pretty unlikely you will even see this in time. 8PM CET (11AM PDT) would also work for me. Tonight would really be easiest for me as the rest of the week evenings is a bit squashed but if you cant make it tonight we can figure something out.
