111170 - Get all new messages in news account does not work

I know, it is not supposed to work, but when I read a newsgroup, the Get Msgs
suggest to get *all* new messages. This is at least missleading and should be
clarified or grayed out. Same is true for "get messages for account".

Get all messages is implemented to work for only mail accounts. There is already 
a known bug and a request to include this Get all messages for news server.

Your summary is different from the description of the bug.  

"when I read a newsgroup, the Get Msgs suggest to get *all* new messages."
I am thinking you referring to Get msgs button and that will retrieve messages 
for that newsgroup which is selected in the folder pane.
Get messages for account: Will retrieve messages for that account only which has 
been selected in the folder pane.

Marking invalid based on the current behavior. Do not reopen. If you have 
request for any wording that needs to be changed then log a new bug for each 
one.
