steps to reproduce: 1. Compare the list of regions at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/test-zippy-with-me-2/payments/ to https://metaplace.paas.allizom.org/tiers/?server=dev&provider=reference&region= expected behavior: All supported regions are listed in the Compatibility page actual behavior: Only 4 regions are listed.

Based on the recently announced future plans for the Marketplace to remove payments, closing these bugs.
