Details

This is what all the current usages do anyway. We should just Make It So, and if somebody needs to change it in the future, we can figure out how to add flags or whatever.
We seem to have just stuck these all in EXPORTS now that we can have GENERATED_FILES in EXPORTS, and there are so few of them that I don't think it needs to have special handling.
