User Story

There should be no Smart Collections in the default build until we are able to support an alternate service to provide Smart Collection results. (undecided at this point)

Scratch that.  I forgot that the decision was to keep them for now in 2.2 to avoid update/migration issues.

Note, we removed the option in Bug 1119226; we still have processes running in the background for this.  We need to remove the process as well.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
