[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&2.2][FM Radio]The FM Radio stops playing if we remove and insert the earphone during a call we received.

[2.Testing Steps]:
Set up:insert earphone to device.
1. Open FM Radio and play it.
2. Enable Speaker mode.
3. Receive an incoming call.(OR: answer the call)
4. Remove my headphones, wait a few seconds, reattach the headphones,
5. End the call.
[3.Expected Result]:
The user can hear the sound from the FM radio speaker again after incoming call ended.
[4.Actual Result]:
5. The FM radio stops playing.

[Flame][v2.2&v3.0][FM Radio]When I receive an incoming call while the FM radio is active in the foreground with speaker mode turned on, plug out and then plug in the headset during the call, the Speaker mode will be turned off.

[2.Testing Steps]:
1. Insert a headset and launch FM Radio.
2. Enable speaker mode.
3. Incoming a call, and receive it
4. Remove headset, and wait for a few seconds.
5. Reattach the headset
6. End the call.
[3.Expected Result]:
6. We can hear the sound coming from the FM radio speaker again.
[4.Actual Result]:
6. The speaker mode was disabled, and there is no sound when you enable the speaker mode.

I think that if the user has removed their headphones during a call, they should probably need to manually play the radio again.
It might be a bit strange if the behaviour is different depending on if they inserted their headphones after the end the call or before. It looks to me like the actual result is the correct behaviour.
