Steps to reproduce:

I developed an extension which added a toolbarbutton with a panel to popup on click. It works fine until I open more than one browser window.


Actual results:

The panel doesnt show up anymore, even when I close all windows except one.


Expected results:

A panel should appear as a dropdown menu for the button in every window
