Start doing openh264 builds for Android/ARM
We've started to land GMP support for Android, so we need to get openh264 builds going. I don't know how all of that works, but my understanding is that catlee has been doing it for desktop thus far. Building on Android is fairly straightforward. Instructions are here: https://github.com/cisco/openh264#for-android-builds You'll need to use NDK platform 9 (NDKLEVEL=9). The TARGET shouldn't matter, just needs to be something valid. That's for Java code that it builds but we don't use. Otherwise I think it's the same as a desktop openh264 build (build the 'plugin' target).
Oh. This is totally different than what I thought you were saying on IRC. We don't have CI builds for openh264. We build them as one-offs when necessary. Not sure if we want to keep this to track having CI builds (which would be lovely) or just change it to track the current one-off that is needed.

Yeah, I just want you to do for Android what you're already doing for desktop with openh264.

Any update on this? The patches for bug 1110271 landed on inbound today, which should enable openh264 support assuming AUS has stuff to download.
