In FM Radio, sound cannot be heard from headphones when Bluetooth speakers are connected, 

Prerequisites:
Bluetooth speakers and headphones are connected to the device
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141216040205
2) Open FM Radio app from the homescreen
3) Select any station to play 

  
Actual:
Sound is not heard from the headphones when bluetooth speakers are connected

Sound is can be heard from the headphones when bluetooth speakers are connected

User cannot hear any sound through headphones when a bluetooth headset or speakers are connected to the device. This seems like a high use case and confusing to the end user. NI FM radio for final blocking decision.

I believe the rule is to output sound to the last connected device only, so the audio won't be sent to the headset if the BT speaker is connected last.
