Get blank page with "page loading" displayed at top. Brower appears to be loading parts of page, but nothing ever appears Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to URL: http://catalog.us.dell.com/ep2/finder.asp?customer_id=0401 2.click on tab labeled "support" 3. Actual Results: Page displayed is blank except for "Page Loading" displayed at top. No further info appears Expected Results: should go to log in screen titled "Welcome to Dell Premier Support" IE does this correctly
wfm with win2k build 20011120.. Reporter: Have you installed PSM (you can uncheck it during the installation) ? (You must have a SSL tab under Edit\preferences\Privacy&Security\)

https links don't work in Win98 as well. When I try to click on a link, I receive this message box. "Unknown socket type. Loading aborted." This occurs with any https link I've tried (including the one originally mentioned).

Eric F. Schetley (onestar@onestarcentral.com): Https works fine if you install Mozilla's Https (SSL/TLS) Module. You haven't installed PSM and you can't visit https pages without PSM.
Reporter: Can you still reproduce the blank page with 0.9.8?
Reporter via private email: "I have stopped working with Mozilla. I actually tried to download the latest rev and check this today, but find issues with the default installation not working with WinXP which I switched to recently. Sorry I can't help." Marking WORKSFORME.
