Details

The newsletter signup form is hidden after the user successfully signs up. We should put a link somewhere so that the user can signup again. We'll need to update the newsletter signup page to work on desktop/tablet because currently it is mobile only.
We could probably avoid the newsletter signup page which is at /newsletter-signup but rendering the newsletter template into a modal. Either way.

I made a PR for this to enable the "sign up" link in the account sections on all screen sizes and have it open the footer again on tablet/desktop. Closed the PR for now. Going to discuss with UX before proceeding with hiding the form in any way. https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/pull/865
Actually, we are backing out the change to hide the form after completion so I'm going to mark this as invalid since it isn't really required and we'll probably open a new bug based on the spec from UX later.
