Using yesterday's trunk build, when reading mail, the to:/cc: list repeats the
first email addr, over and over again, for every to:/cc: entry. you can't see
the whole list of folks unless you double click the msg to bring it into it's
own window.

This is not a message composition problem but rather a message display. I
suspect this is related to recent change to the way we get the headers in the
UI. Reassign to mscott.

Hey Jud, can you send me (by dragging to your drafts folder then sending as new)
a message which shows this problem? 

I definetly made some performance optimizations Monday night for message display
which effect the header area so that could be the cause. Also, any interesting
JS errors getting dumped to the console?

I just viewed a message with 100 recipients and I think I briefly got into this
state. I may not need your test case.
