When the user goes into card view while in landscape mode, sometimes there will be a black pixelated line of corruption that can be seen running through the app icons. This issue will also sometimes occur when the user slowly moves from left to right while in card view.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141216040205
2) Open one or two applications, and then open the video app.
3) Tilt the device to put it into landscape mode.
4) Go into card view, and notice that there may be a black line of corruption running through the app icons (this can also be seen when slowly moving the apps in card view left to right).


Actual:
There is a black line of pixelated corruption that appears when going into card view while in lanscape mode.

Expected:
No corruption is present when in card view while in landscape mode.

This issue doesn't occur on Flame 2.1 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash), and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash).

There is no corruption anywhere within the card view menu.

Removing the regression keyword, and tracking flags for 2.1 and 2.0 due to them not being able to go into landscape for card view.

Not nominating to block on this issue. Minor UI bug.
