Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/styling.html#StyleAttribute e.g.
2. Repeat toggle Maximize and Restore
Actual Results:
browser will appear in black temporarily
Setting layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled = false helps
