newsletter footer signup confirmation should revert to the empty signup form and persist when navigating to another page

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1111086 +++
Currently:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ on desktop.
2. Scroll to the bottom and sign up for the newsletter.
3. Notice the "Thanks for signing up!" message appears.
4. Navigate to like another page (e.g., Popular page or an app detail page).
5. Notice the "Thanks for signing up!" message still appears.
6. Refresh the page in your browser.
7. Notice the original newsletter form is shown.
The desired behavior should reflect a slightly new flow:
1-4, same as above
5. Notice the original newsletter form is shown.
This is not optimal, but it's parity with the newsletter form flows on mozilla.org; it will be addressed in 2015 Q1.
