Description: When the user opens the camera from a share activity then opens the camera from the homescreen too sometimes the user will receive a message saying that they cant use the camera because it is open in another program. If the user then force closes the camera app and opens it again the message may not be there and be able to use the camera. this is inconsistent behavior occurring from the same action. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20141218040201 2) Open messages and choose to make a new message 3) Click on the attachment button and select camera 4) Return to homescreen 5) Open Camera app from homescreen 6) Observe camera app behaviour 7) Close Camera app through card view 8) Repeat steps 5-7 multiple times 9) Observe behaviour Actual: The ability to use the camera app is inconsistent Expected: it is expected that the ability to use the camera is consistent Environmental Variables: Device: Flame 2.2 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash) Build ID: 20141218040201 Gaia: 58734e8a48157f99d5b733412b600c2e04c954fe Gecko: 5c7a6294b82a Gonk: e5c6b275d77ca95fb0f2051c3d2242e6e0d0e442 Version: 37.0a1 (2.2) Firmware Version: v188-1 User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:37.0) Gecko/37.0 Firefox/37.0 Repro frequency: 5/5 or 2/5 See attached: video clip, logcat

Tested with Shallow Flash on 512mb using Engineering builds. This bug repro's on Flame KK builds: Flame 2.2 KK, Flame 2.1 KK Actual Results: Camera Unavailable message is not consitant for when it appears with multiple cameras open. **NOTE A bug in 2.0 and v188-1 base is preventing the message from appearing and thus cannot be tested. I cannot reproduce this issue in the latest build. Could you check whether it's still happening? In my case, I can access camera from both app with no error messages.

I was able to get this issue to reproduce on the latest Flame KK Master build. It does seem like the rate at which the message appears has gone down though. Out of 8 attempts I only saw the "Unable to use camera" message once. Hmm, looks like a timing issue. I'll cc mikeh for more info, but I don't think it's a blocker at this stage yet.
