Build: 2001-11-20 Overview: When we just open Mail & Newsgroups Account Setting dialog, there is no default control - expecting OK button (Pressing Enter does nothing). Also Cancel button can not be activated by pressing ESC. Steps to reproduce: In the Mail & Newsgroups Account Setting dialog press ESC to Cancel dialog. No results. Press Enter to activate OK, which has focus ring around - no action. Actual Results: Only mouse click activates Cancel and OK. Expected Results: Keyboard access to buttons and default control. Additional Information: I noticed that if I select any account, then there is access through keyboard. Also Tab moves focus. What is our intention? Related bug 68340.

This dialog should work the same as the Preferences dialog. Esc to Cancel. Enter to activate the default "OK" button.

Possible dupe of bug 65659? This bug also mentions the ENTER for 'Ok' and ESC for 'Cancel'. Are those also access keys?
