The certificates in mozilla.org/certs are included in the mozilla.com SVN repo via an svn:external. The files themselves live in http://svn.mozilla.org/libs/certs

We'll definitely have to move the svn:external from the mozilla.com svn repo, as it will eventually be going away.

I wondered where else the certs might be used. Should we just put them in the bedrock repo? Could/should we create a new github repo for them and include them via git submodule?

This bug came from a discussion here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1109182#c6
Thanks, Steven. I'm obviously +1 to moving the certs, as long as we understand the impact/don't break anything else :)

Outside of the website subversion directories, so don't prevent us from deleting those. Maybe we can leave in place based on conversation with Steven, Paul, and Josh on Jan 15, 2015. We will leave where they are.
We probably don't need to move the files from http://svn.mozilla.org/libs/certs

Let's just include them in bedrock rather than mozilla.com svn to get them at mozilla.org/certs/*

Mozilla root certs have been added in Bug 1149019 (I don't have access to the bug, found PR at https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/3847). Can we close this bug then?
