It is impossible to insert a bookmarks before the 1st bookmark inside a folder
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. CTRL-B to open the bookmark editor
2. Copy a link
3. Move cursor on top of folder
4. Paste link
5. Link will end up on BOTTOM of folder list, not 1st
6. Try the same thing, only this time paste while the cursor is on top of the
1st entry inside the folder.
7. Link will be inserted in 2nd position
8. Therefore, it is impossible to insert into the first position
