When the user records a video while in landscape mode, the record icon will overlap the counter on the screen.  


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141219040202
2) Open the camera, and tap on the video icon to record a video.
3) Put the camera into landscape mode with the power button at the bottom of the device.  (If the power button is at the top of the device in landscape mode, the issue will not occur).
4) Press the record icon to start recording a video.
5) Notice the small record icon is overlapping the counter.


Actual:
The record icon will overlap the counter when the user records a video in landscape mode


Expected:
The record icon doesn't overlap the counter in any instance

This issue doesn't occur on Flame 2.1 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash).

The record icon doesn't overlap the counter in any instance.

Not nominating to block 2.2. The user can still read the time elapsed, and this only occurs when holding the device a specific way.
