HI!

I have set the option "open tabs instead of windows for windows opened by
webpage". but if I click on links that have target="_blank", they open in a new
window. sure, I could middle-click, but I don't know that in advance...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.left click on a link that has target="_blank"


Actual Results:  new window is opened

Expected Results:  I expect the link to be displayed in current window/tab
(because I do not know what target is set to). knowing that target="_blank", i
expect the link to be viewed in a new tab
