Details

When bringing up a page which form manager has remembered values for, form
manager will not "fill in the blanks" untill the entire page (i.e. all the
graphics, etc) have been downloaded. On slow links or busy sites, downloading
the graphics can take a while, yet the basic HTML page with all the form options.

Would it be possible for form manager to fill in the blanks as soon as the basic
HTML page has been downloaded ?
Form manager NEVER fills in a form unless you explicitly direct it to do so.  I 
think you meant password manager.

If so, this is a dup of bug 58724.
