Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 4.0) BuildID: Initial JavaScript to Java call does not work in Netscape. In NS 6.1, initial JS to Java call works, only after the applet(Java) calls a method in JavaScript which inturn calls a method in Java. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Call a Java method from the JavaScript. 2. 3. Actual Results: The method does not get called at all. Expected Results: The Java method should get called everytime JavaScript calls that method.

Netscape 6.2 has been out for a while. Please retest your problem with that version and come back here to REOPEN the bug, if you still have problems. In the meantime I will resolve this bug as INVALID. You might also wish to try out our latest mozilla milestone 0.9.6. You can get it from www.mozilla.org and it will hopefully solve your problem. If your problem does not reappear, please be so kind and mark this bug VERIFIED. Thanks for using bugzilla and reporting bugs.
