Environment: Device: Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.4); Build: Nightly 37.0a1 (2014-12-21); Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Settings -> Display and deactivate 'Full-screen browsing'; 2. Go to a page (e.g.: mozilla.org); 3. From the page content perform a swipe up to the URL bar then without releasing the tap swipe down. Expected result: The page content is scrolled up and down without grabbing the URL bar. Actual result: URL bar is grabbed while scrolling the page content. WONTFIX: We switched to a (non-draggable) full screen tabs tray in bug 1161638. Therefore the dragging code has been removed in bug 1217109.
