[Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Email]The email address with extra special character"<" will be added to compose mail view if you tap the fromAddress in replied email.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Premise:There is a replied email in the send box
1.Open  E-mail
2.Go into the send box
3.Tap the replied email.
4.Tap the fromAddress at "Original message" area.
5.Tap "OK"  to switch compose view

[3.Expected Result]: 
Only the email address should be added to compose view.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. " <[e-mail]"  is added to email address  lab of compose mail view.

Bug 1114524 fixed the "<" issue this was previously referencing.  The video in comment 3 demonstrates that we're having trouble with "[mailto:[e-mail]]", erroneously including "[mailto:".  I've updated the subject.

I noticed the mail already had the mail address as [mailto:[e-mail]]. Could you include detail steps on how the mail was replied? 
I was not able to reproduce the mail with the address format as [mailto:[e-mail]].

Hi Teri,
Please follow the steps on attachment "001.MP4".
STR:
1. Log in a gmail account.
2. Send a mail to an outlook email address.
3. When the Outlook email account received the mail, then reply the mail.
4. When then gmail account received the reply mail, then open the replied mail.
**You can see the mail with the address format as [mailto:[e-mail]]

Thanks SandKing, I can reproduce this bug. This is specific for mails replied by Outlook only, did not see the issue with gmail.
