The `reports` table is hated very much and it should die in the most horrible manner. Or maybe we don't need to be that extreme, but we all agree that it is time for good ol' reports to be removed from Socorro. This bug will track work done to remove all dependencies to the `reports` table from the middleware.
As long as we do not switch to reports_clean in cases where we value the listing of things that it omits (e.g. the "Reports" tab on reportlist) that could be fine.
