Steps to reproduce:

One of our new main applications is deployed via Firefox, the application give access to some pdf, with one printer model: Ricoh aficio SG 3110 DN the printing result only display on the top left corner instead of a full A4 page.
The problem only appear with the internal pdf viewer of firefox, printing is ok with adobe plugin.
I've tried version from 28 to 34, result is the same.
i've update firmware, driver of the printer, always the same, it only happens from printing from preview from firefox, everything else is ok.

Just to clarify -- is the thing that you're starting with (and trying to print) a PDF file, or a web page of some sort?

If it's a web page, would it be possible to provide a public URL to a page that demonstrates the problem? (better yet, a reduced testcase that reproduces the problem)

Or, if you're starting with a PDF (and trying to print it), could you provide that PDF (which fails to print with Firefox's pdf viewer but successfully prints via Adobe's pdf viewer)?

(Maybe document_sauvegarde.pdf in your attachment is the source PDF, and you're viewing that directly & trying to print? I'm not clear on whether that file is the source, or if it's the result of a successful print job via Adobe & was included to demonstrate expected results.)
