Description:
When changing wallpaper with camera, the camera app closes when retaking a photo
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141222040204
2) Long press homescreen, change wallpaper
3) Tap camera, take a photo
4) Go to card view, tap the screen(no apps open)
5) Tap retake, take a photo
Actual:
camera app closes
Expected:
retaking photo without closing
