Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the attachment on Firefox.
Actual Results:
The second equation doesn't have the correct size/height.
Expected Results:
The second equation be render like the first one.

mtable sets displaystyle to false, so you need to attach an explicit displaystyle="true" on it to get the desired result.
