If there are no new messages on the mail server, the message to that effect is 
immediately overwritten by the "Document done (nnn sec)" message. The first 
message is the more important to the user.
The user doesn't care if their document was done, or not.

In previous versions of Netscape this original message persists.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download mail until your server is empty 
2. Try again.
