The S1S2Test and Webappstartup tests began to fail to get measurements beginning with:
Repository: mozilla-inbound
Build Id: 20141222161545
Revision: http://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/f22bb012bf58
This points to bug 1103957. Since f22bb012bf58 is a bustage fix, I assume https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/9280b99e3475 is the true regressor.
Measurements for these tests consist of detecting the Throbber start and Throbber stop messages when loading webpages or the webappstartup test. It isn't clear to me that a gc statistics patch would cause this.
So far, I've seen reports for Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 on inbound which are all api-11 builds. The Nexus S device (api-9) hasn't yet gotten to this build yet. I'll report back if it also fails.
sfink: can we back out your patches to see if that resolves the issue and to prevent this from migrating to other repos?

The nexus s also failed to detect the throbbers on the same changeset.

Although https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=f22bb012bf58 was definitely orangetastic it appears everything was fixed by the backout https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=2b933356daf7 and that the relanding https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=a28c173dbd61 was ok.
Marking fixed.
