DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 >The hotspot security displayed in other device change from OPEN to WEP after lock the screen.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Enable data connection;
 2.Enter settings->internet sharing->WIFI hotspot, set the security as OPEN then turn on WIFI hotspot;
 3.Search this OPEN hotspot from other WIFI device, the security in the other device display as OPEN;
 4.Then lock screen of Fire2-3.5, check that the security in the other device display as WEP;--KO
 PS:fire2锁屏后热点在别的设备上显示为WEP加密方式，解锁后就显示OPEN状态
 7G17版本是OK的，之后开始衰退。
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 >The hotspot security should displayed as OPEN after lock the screen.

    Yes. We do NOT have this problem. Both of SIM 1 and SIM 2 could be identified properly, and data/voice call also work well.

Wifi hotspot function is more likely related to hostapd and netd which are gonk related code. Unless gecko changes the configuration of hostapd when screen is lock/unlock. You can check 
/data/misc/wifi/hostapd.conf to confirm this.
