addressbar-full-of-icons.png

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0
Build ID: 20141201111703

Steps to reproduce:

I go to a url (either a link or typed in), e.g. http://lwn.net or http://en.wikipedia.org/

Actual results:

I get to the site, but the address bar shows a bunch of icons and the url is not visible

Expected results:

I want to see only appropriate icons and the address of the site I visit

I don't know if it matters in this case, but I have several add-ons that might interfere:
ghostery
adblock plus
betterprivacy
https everywhere
rss icon (could be this one...)
firebug

And I'm running fedora 20, firefox comes from the fedora repo
