Details

(Whiteboard: [specification][type:bug])

What did you do?
================
1. Opened a page, say: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/WebSockets
2. Clicked an item in the TOC, so that I wound up here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/WebSockets#Browser_compatibility
3. Right-clicked and chose "Edit Page"

What happened?
==============
Nothing. Except the URL bar now says: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/WebSockets#Browser_compatibility$edit?src=context

What should have happened?
==========================
I should have wound up in the editor. Ideally I would have been automatically scrolled to the "Browser compatibility" section, but just getting to the editor would be a start.

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
This has been bugging me for ages, but it wasn't until today that I realized that it was happening when there was an anchor fragment in the URL.
