EOF code in HTML file is displayed as period on Win32 build.
It should be blank.

I can't see how this would be Mozilla's responsibility to filter out bad
characters. If I view source, I see a little rectangle (that in my system means
"unknown character", I think), and I see the same rectangle if I view this HTML
page. This is my expected behavior; Mozilla shouldn't touch the content, it
should merely display it as good as it can. AFAICS, this is WONTFIX or INVALID.

By the way, it the character that is displayed for EOF is totally dependant upon
which OS you are using; which further proves that this is really a OS-bug if you
want the character to be invisible.

Mozilla acts correctly, if you include this code in your source, there is no
reason not to display it.
