Description:
In Display settings, brightness slider is mirrored/RTL, but the icons are not mirrored. Bright side has the dim/moon icon and dim side has the bright/sun icon.
   
Repro Steps:

*Change language setting to Arabic (RTL).

1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141223010202
2) Go to Settings > Display 
3) View brightness slider > adjust brightness
4) Notice location of bright/dim icons to left/right of slider

Actual:
In Display settings, the brightness slider is correctly RTL, but the icons are not mirrored.
  
Expected: 
Brightness icons will be placed on correct side of slider. Bright/sun icon on left side and dim/moon on right side of slider.
