Description:
File name text on Download settings screen is not right-aligned. When on edit screen, the checkbox is not right-aligned.
   
Repro Steps:

*Change language setting to Arabic (RTL).
*Have at least one downloaded file that is visible in downloads screen

1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141223010202
2) Open Settings > Downloads
3) Tap Checkmark button in upper right corner to open "Edit Downloads" 
4) Notice alignment of file text and check box

Actual:
On Download settings screen, downloaded file name text is left-aligned. When on edit screen, the checkbox is left-aligned.
  
Expected: 
On Download settings screen, downloaded file name text is right-aligned. When on edit screen, the checkbox is right-aligned.

That's a decision we already too since around 1.4 that we will not mirror Downloads section because there are no Arabic or RTL extensions, so it would be nonsense to RTL the UI.
